1.Tsuur

The tsuur is like a flute made of uliangar wood. The Melody and sound resemble the sound of waterfalls.

2.Limbe

This instrument is also like flute and is frequently used in accompaniment. There are nine holes, whereone is the blowhole, two others are reserved for the tuning and the rest for pitching.The player has to control the amount of breath you give out to play this instrument.

3.Surnai

It is llike a oboe with a conical body made of wood. It has seven finger holes and one thumbhole. A metal staple carries the reed and a lip-disc in the shape of a funnel and the player blows here. It resembles the sound of the sea.

4.Lavai

This is a white shell equipped with a mouthpiece made from brass. some of them are considered lucky charms.

5.Bishgüür

This is a metal trumpet that looks like a shell.

6.Khuuchir

This instrument is like the erhu (with a cup-like resonator and a neck) except that it has 4 strings instead of 2. The bow used is coated with horsetail hair and is inseparably interlaced with the string-pairs.

7.Khun tovshuur

The khun tovshuur is a two-stringed instrument similar to lutes.The body and the neck are carved from cedar wood and the body is often covered with the leather of wild animals. The head of the neck is formed like a swan. The strings are wound from horsetails hair.

8.Morin khuur

The morin khuur is a two-stringed instrument. The body and the neck are carved from wood. The end of the neck has the form of a horse-head and the sound is similar to that of a violin or a cello. The strings are made of dried deer or mountain sheep sinews. It is played with a bow made of willow, stringed with horsetail hair and coated with larch or cedar wood resin.to

9.Yoochin

This instrument has 13 wire strings. The strings are struck with two wooden sticks, called little wooden hammers. It has a black wooden soundboard.

10.Shudraga / Shanz

The shudraga or shanz is a long-necked spiked lute with an oval wooden frame with snake skin covering stretched over both faces. The three strings are fixed to a bar, which is inserted in the body. The instrument is struck or plucked with a plectrum made of horn or with the fingers. As the tones do not echo, every note is struck several times.

11.Yatga

The yatga is a half-tube zither( board with strings) with a movable bridge. It is constructed as a box with a convex surface and an end bent towards the ground. The strings are plucked and the sound is very smooth.

12.Tuur

A single-headed drum. It's frame is usually oval but sometimes round. The membrane is ornamented with drawings.

13.Cymbals

This instrument is like small brass plates, in the middle of which there are knob-like handgrips.

14.Shigshuur

This instrument is a type of rattle. It is made from a cow horn, with the pointed end being carved into the shape of a raven's head. The rattle is shaken to sound like a raven pecking

15.Denshig

These instrument are small bells. There are two brass plates and there are grips which are connected by a small band. It sounds softer and more melodic than small bells.

16.Damar

This instrument are small drums with a wooden casing with resemblance to a coil. On both outer surfaces, it is coated with leather. In the middle of the coil there is a band made from silk with emobroidery and two buttons attached to a string. By moving back and forth, these two buttons are hit on the stretched leather of this small drum.

17. Shaman bells

This instrument are bells are made of iron and brass. They are fixed onto a cloth.
